Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet is growing faster than ever! We are actively seeking out a Service Advisor to join our service department and there is plenty of work to go around. Working as our Service Advisor, you would be service writing for our mainline technicians and communicating with the respective clients. The ideal candidate would have prior service advising experience at a new car dealership.

 

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast. Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request. Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
