Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs · Facilitates repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications   Qualifications · Automotive Service experience required · ASE Certification preferred but not mandatory · Excellent customer service skills · Basic Computer skills · Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality · Enjoy working in a fast-paced and competitive environment · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Detail-oriented with good time management skills · Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record   About the Dealership The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
