Service Advisor Compensation and Benefits

Pay – $17.50 - $23 hourly pay Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family's needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%. Service Advisor Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Bilingual Spanish/ English required Valid Driver’s License, with a good driving record for the previous 3 years. Needs to be able to operate a variety of vehicles Strong computer skills Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – One year of customer service experience

Please apply if you have worked in customer service, service scheduling, vehicle maintenance, repair estimates, dealership service, or mechanic coordination.

Service Advisor Responsibilities

Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and the store. Answers incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional manner. Greets all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner. Write up incoming customers’ work orders. Acknowledges all guidelines and policies as described in the company policy handbook.
