Description of the role: As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will act as the main point of contact, helping customers understand the services required for their vehicles and coordinating with our technicians to ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out effectively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role.
