California estimated annual pay range for this position is $77,409.56 - $209,410.19. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
