Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, address service needs, and provide accurate repair estimates. Clearly explain technical issues and associated costs, ensuring customer understanding. Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure availability of necessary parts. Maintain accurate customer records, manage invoicing, and ensure timely service. Oversee service quality, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and promote dealership services and offers. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and report on service performance. Requirements/Skills:
2+ years in a Service or Sales role (dealership experience a plus). Computer literate (Office Suite), driver’s license, and own transport. Technical qualification advantageous.
