Money at Work, LLC is a full-service, personalized financial planning firm. Clients are our main priority, which is why we are growing our team and seeking a registered, team-oriented, high-performing Service Advisor to complement our existing team.
**Purpose of the Role:**
The Service Advisor is accountable for managing and nurturing existing client relationships. The primary focus is to provide high-touch service, ensure client satisfaction, and effectively handle any client referrals. The Service Advisor supports the financial advisor by improving client retention and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth goals without the expectation of prospecting for new business. This role ensures that each client’s financial plan is monitored, maintained, and aligned with long-term objectives.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
Proactively manage and deepen relationships with assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and service.
Be the main point of contact for all non-transactional client needs and ensure all client concerns are addressed.
Schedule, attend, and facilitate client meetings (in partnership with the financial advisor) to review portfolios, performance, and goals.
Manage client referrals, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into the firm.
Conduct quarterly and annual client reviews to align their financial goals with any changing life circumstances.
Provide updates on market trends, portfolio performance, and relevant changes that impact their financial plans.
Ensure clients feel heard and valued, handling specific requests, life events, or personal circumstances in a personalized way.
Send personalized communication (cards, videos, etc.) to strengthen client engagement on significant life events.
Assist the financial advisor by taking notes during client meetings, providing key insights, and handling documentation.
Ensure that all compliance standards are met for client documentation and communication.
Actively contribute to the financial advisor's ability to focus on high-level strategy by handling detailed administrative work related to client meetings.
Work closely with the compliance and operations teams to ensure all client processes are efficient and compliant with regulations.
Attend regular internal meetings and ensure full alignment with company goals and expectations.
Collaborate with the broader wealth management team to share insights from client interactions.

General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Series 65 or Series 66_RA - Investment Adv Rep - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Series 7_GS - Gen Sec Rep - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

$35,568.00-$80000.00
