As a Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our customers’ vehicles are well taken care of. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their service needs, provide them with detailed information, and offer solutions that help maintain their vehicles in peak condition. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a top-notch customer experience.
Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
Helping customers with the service on their vehicles.
Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns.
Work closely with other departments within the dealership.
Reviewing inspection reports with customers.
Provide excellent customer service experience.
