Service and Parts Manager

What you’ll do:

· Oversee and manage the procurement process for automotive parts, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality parts are available to meet service demands.

· Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to parts procurement, inventory levels, and service operations.

· Work closely with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, optimal delivery timelines, and quality standards. Develop data-backed recommendations to improve vendor relationships and contract terms.

· Lead the development and rollout of technician training programs with a focus on efficient service delivery, parts procurement processes, and technology adoption.

· Utilize electronic repair order systems (such as CDK/Tekion) to streamline parts ordering, billing, and inventory processes.

· Travel Availability: Approximately 10% travel required.

You should apply if you bring:

· A minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience in an automotive repair or parts procurement environment with a strong focus on data analytics and process improvement.

· Proven experience in parts procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Strong proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, parts cost, and service efficiency.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, vendors, and leadership teams.

· A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
