We are currently seeking an experienced Service and Repair Technician to help us configure and deploy handheld mobility devices. Key Responsibilities: Actively engage in all aspects of the HEM Configuration and Depot process. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing processes, reducing variation, and driving cost savings. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field is preferred. 3+ years of experience configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment. Strong mechanical and technical skills. Knowledge of assistive technology and mobility device standards. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Why Join Us? Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
