We are looking for an office support/administration team member to join our North Ryde team on a 6-month fixed term contract with potential to be extended. We are a team of insurance professionals who provide specialised insurance solutions for the Residential Construction industry. In this role you must be able to communicate effectively, be organised, engage with clients & complete various administration tasks. Who are Aon and HIA? What the day will look like As a Service Assistant, you will provide administrative support of tasks to our broking team. In this role you will be provided with on the job training to support your growth and develop / understanding of insurance. Responsibilities will include: + Providing administrative support to the team across Australia + Issuing of policy documentation and data entry + Processing instruction sheets + Management of workflow through a centralised inbox + Monthly reporting to the team to support client growth + Responding to internal client queries – as required + Greeting clients in office when required Skills and experience that will lead to success This opportunity would suit someone looking to start their career with aspirations for a career in insurance.
