Tom Wood Volkswagen, in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a welcoming Service Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. As a Service Assistant, you'll play an integral role in supporting our guests by ensuring a seamless customer experience from the moment they walk in our door.
Salary: $17 per hour
Schedule: 40 hour work week, 4 days through the week, plus Saturdays required
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, direct them appropriately, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.Answer and route incoming calls and emails to the correct departments or individuals, providing accurate information when needed.Assist with appointment coordination for customers and internal meetings as required.Answer general inquiries, provide information about services, and address customer needs efficiently and courteously.Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
