Overview Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for Paychex ESR clients . Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures. Responsibilities + Handle an individual book of clients. + Take inbound and outbound calls to obtain client information + Updates clients health premium information + Utilizes Excel for reporting, client list, etc + Assist other team members with their book of business during busy season Qualifications + 1 year of Contact center or call center experience - preferred + proficient in MS Excel and experience working with salesforce is preferred + Employee benefits, health insurance, or claims experience - preferred Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $16-$20.81/hr . Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
