Business is booming here at Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and to help accommodate growth, our dealership is looking to add a Service BDC/Appointment Coordinator to our team.

This position will primarily focus on phone-based duties, including both inbound and outbound calls, and managing service appointments. While prior automotive experience is a plus, we also welcome candidates with experience in reception or high-volume call centers. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, customer-focused, and organized.

 

Service BDC/Appointment Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist with appointment scheduling. Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our guests’ vehicles. Confirm appointments with guests and send reminders when needed. Ensure accurate information is entered into our system. Follow up on pending appointments and reschedule when necessary.
