With business booming the way it is, we are interested in adding a Service BCD Representative to our Service Team. Our Service BDC Representatives play a large role in part on our Service Team because they are the face and the voice. Your job would revolve heavily around customer service. The ideal candidate would have a bright personality and previous experience operating a phone system and computer.

 

Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

Scheduling customers into our online system. Assisting with customer rentals. Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment. Proactive outbound service scheduling. Answering the phones and email correspondence.
