**Job title : Service Business Specialist** Driving Service Business strategy creation and execution for Imaging Business in Iberia. **Your role:** + Executes the EU Service commercial strategy into short-term execution, specialized for Imaging (DXR-CT-MR) Business. + Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) for Services standalone business and supports the Modality Business Managers in the creation of integral (equipment + service) value propositions to drive profitable growth. + Owns the Services integral portfolio and responsible for end to end management of Services pricing on Imaging modalities. Responsible for price setting and realization, governance & performance control mechanisms. + Generates locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development. + Manage stakeholders in the zone and at different level to drive service business. + Close relationship with the different Modality Sales Specialists / Services Account Managers/ Key Account Managers, to develop the service business performance at Point of Sales and non-Point of Sales. + Interface with the Business Group at Europe level. + Main KPIs: Order In Take, Sales, Service Margin, NPS, Price Realization, Win rate% **You're the right fit if you have:** + Bachelor/master’s degree, + Analytical skills with good level of Excel knowledge, + Relevant work experience in the service area with a strong affinity for continuous improvement, + Deliver results and manage customer expectations. + Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to local language. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
