We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Catalog Manager to join our Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the IT systems and support covered under this contract. You will assist to develop the service labor mix and costs ensuring only authorized government personnel have access to those costs providing a process and methodology for requesting the service to place on Task Order.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate and work with customer to define the requirements clearly and concisely documenting the requirements to be used to build the project plan and develop project schedule and artifactsCreate and maintain the contract service catalog, securing, managing and controlling pricingEnsure accuracy and completeness of catalog conducting regular reviews and updates verifyingthe informationDevelop and implement catalog management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracyRecommend additions, changes, and updates to the service catalog offerings considering customer frequently requested supportCollaborate and work closely with the customer and impacted functional area leads to custom service to support customer request and requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate catalog data, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contract scopeAnalyze catalog data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementSupport customer request through Task Order Award
 

Basic Qualifications:

An Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certificationA bachelor’s degreeA minimum of (9) nine years of experienceA minimum of (2) two years of related experience in supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teamsCybersecurity Service Provider experienceProficiency in MS Office applications including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Clearance Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizenMust possess a Secret clearanceMust be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitabilityMust be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy, machine, and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers,which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
