General Responsibilities
Answer, evaluate, prioritize and make the initial assessment of incomingtelephone and web requests, attempting to resolve them or route them tothe appropriate support groups, based on established service levels orspecific timeframes. Use service managemen
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
-Associate Degree or Bachelor's, preferably in information's systems or computer technical field.
- Customer Service work experience recommended- Technical computer work experience recommended
Knowledge and Skills Required
-Multitasking skills,
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.-Courses in networks, computer maintenance
- Medium knowledge in office 365 package.
-Access knowledge within Helpdesk software such as CA Service
Additional Information
L-V 8am-5pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
