Job Description

Experience:                                                                                                 

1             Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in related industry.

2             Knowledge of engines, ISO awareness.

Responsibilities & Duties:

                                                                                                                                      

1             Maintenance and repair activities within the workshop - engine overhauls, repairs and other workshop processes and procedures.                                              

2             Overhauls of sub-assemblies.                                                                                                               

3             Engine and component inspection and cleaning as required.

4             Completion of relevant quality documentation in line with our process’s procedures, and work instructions.                                                                                                            

5             Preparation of parts and tools to perform job functions. 

6             Maintain detailed records of daily activities.                       

7             To maintain the parts identification tags on engine & components.

8             Prepare work estimates.                                                                                                                       

9             Maintain a clean and safe work area.     

10           Adherence to Company Policy and Procedure, QHSE, ISO etc.      

11           Cost reduction in workshop                                                                                                                 

12           Special Assignment from time to time.                                                                                             

Education:

ITI Diesel mechanic / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
