Our Team Members set the tone for the Taco Bell guest experience. The Service Champion position is primarily focused on providing great customer service to our guests, while also assisting the team with other job duties. It is a position for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service all the timeTaking and/or preparing food and drink ordersAnswering questions about menu items and promotions face to face or at our drive-thru windowsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWashing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc.Using various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environment.
Qualifications:
Good communication skillsMust have reliable transportationMust be able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 90% of shift time.Able to lift 35-50 poundsUse motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wristMust have good manual dexterity to be able to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.
