Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Service Cloud and Salesforce configuration with the ability to implement complex workflows and process automations. Analytical Approach: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, identify optimisations, and recommend improvements that enhance service delivery. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning configurations with the broader goals of CX projects. User-Centric Focus: A commitment to improving customer and user experiences through effective system customisations and enhancements. Continuous Improvement: Enthusiasm for staying updated on new Service Cloud features and best practices to contribute to ChargePoint’s growth.Requirements
Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud or similar Salesforce platforms, focusing on configuration, customisation, and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Service Cloud configurations, including process automations, flows, and service customisation; knowledge of Salesforce best practices for configuration and optimisation. Problem-Solving Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to document configurations, collaborate with teams, and support end-users. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to document configurations, collaborate with teams, and support end-users. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) preferred. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud certifications are preferred, showcasing expertise in Service Cloud configuration and management.Location
