You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

In order to be successful in the service advisor role, it is important to have some prior experience.

Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor at Beardmore, your primary responsibilities will include:
>Warmly greeting customers as they arrive at the parts and service center and directing them to an available mechanic.
>Collaborating with mechanics to understand necessary repairs and exploring cost-effective alternatives.
>Providing customers with comprehensive information about available aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options.
>Answering customer questions about service outcomes, consulting with mechanics when needed.
>Advising customers on warranty protections and potential cost savings.
>Assisting customers in making decisions between trading in a vehicle and having it repaired at our shop.
>Managing and overseeing the workflow and scheduling of the service center.
>Communicating with customers via phone to update them on service changes or to notify them when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
