We will teach you the ins and outs of the Service Consultant role, including:

Greeting guests and determining their needs using the Winner’s Edge Service Process Writing Repair Orders Coordinating check in and delivery processes Contacting guests regarding the status of their vehicles

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

1-year previous customer service, retail, or sales experience with a strong desire to grow a career in the Automotive Industry Availability to work during Service Department hours Ability to communicate effectively with guests in a professional and approachable manner Ability to work in a fast paced and high energy environment while sustaining a high level of professionalism

Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years

Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates
