Trane in Tempe, AZ is hiring for a Service Contract Renewal Administrator to join our team.  In this role, you will be working with Trane Account Managers, Trane Operations Management, and our existing Preferred Service Agreement customers. You will be responsible for working with your team to manage and expand our current Service Agreement portfolio. Where is the work:


This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite per week), after successful completion of onboarding and training, based out of Tempe, AZ.

 

What you will do:

The Service Contract Renewal Administrator is responsible for managing the renewal process of existing service agreements, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. 

Initiate and manage the renewal process 120 days before expiration, sending notifications and proposals.

Communicate with clients about renewal terms, scope changes, services, and price adjustments.

Update and document service agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Apply and explain price increases, negotiating terms for mutual benefit and obtaining credit approval.

Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer service teams for seamless renewals.

Maintain accurate records and generate reports on renewal activities and metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

 

What you will bring:

Experience in Salesforce and other estimating programs is preferred.

Working knowledge of all facets of construction including mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, etc. preferred. 

Experience with financial and business acumen and a history of running projects on time and on budget.

·     Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment with attention to detail.

·     The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Compensation: 

Base Pay Range: $53,500 to 93,750

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and the geographic location where the work is performed.
