Role location: Madrid, Spain (with hybrid working options)

If so, read on! We have a great opportunity for a driven individual to join our team in Madrid, Spain as Service Contracts Supervisor – EU South.

 

In this role you will have direct line responsibility for the regional service contracts team. You will provide leadership, coaching and daily direction for contracts team in the EU South region. You will build effective relationships with our customers and commercial teams within the region and ensure the achievement of revenue generation through service contract renewals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop, motivate and lead EU South Service Contracts team to increase engagement and productivity Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate across regions to constantly improve how we service and support our clients Report on key metrics, from financial to performance  Identify areas of improvement on renewal processes  Act as referral point for all internal and external client concerns / escalations Arrange regular meetings with clients to review contracts / assets and SLAs to ensure harmonious relationships Work closely with Key Account Managers on new Bid / Tender proposals  Responsible for multi-discipline contracts revenue delivery targets in region  Actively identify and drive opportunities for upgrades via EOL/EOS lifecycle analysis, mitigating potential cost risks to the business

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Contracts Management Process  Team Leadership or Supervisory experience Excellent time management and personal organization skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Team player with great Interpersonal and relationship building skills Self-driven and good decision-making skills Ability to train others in departmental process Experience recording information in Salesforce or similar CRM system Fluent Spanish with good level of English language skills are essential, knowledge of French will be advantageous
