Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Call Centre Service Administration role Grade 12 Qualification is essential Call Centre Qualification would be advantageous Proficiency in MS Office applications is required Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment will be beneficial Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to meet deadlines A valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are required Contactable references and payslips required Salary Structure:
