How do you excel in this position\n

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive customer support, handling inbound calls and ensuring their resolution. Responsibilities include conveying customer needs to technicians, overseeing paperwork completion, and maintaining service department protocols. Additional tasks involve fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, managing service call logs and reports, processing warranty paperwork, coordinating with vendors for orders, managing inventory, and assisting in collections.\n

What are we looking for\n\nHigh School Diploma required.\nPrevious work experience in similar position.\nExcellent computer skills. Microsoft Office experience required. \nGreat customer service skills required.\nSome travel is required.\n\n

Additional skills preferred but not required \n\nBachelors degree in business or related field. \nTwo (2) years of experience in a service related role. \n\n
