You’ll play a key role in maintaining customer databases, managing billing for maintenance contracts, and keeping our customers and department managers in the loop with seamless communication. **Your Mission:** - Organize and optimize daily schedules for our talented service team. - Track and manage essential customer information. - Keep customers informed about service appointments and billing details. **Must-Have Skills:** - Exceptional customer service abilities - Masterful multi-tasking skills - Highly organized and efficient - Good geographical knowledge of the service area or strong map-reading skills - Basic computer proficiency **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with the HVAC industry - 3+ years of dispatching experience - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products **Why Join Us?** This is not just a job; it’s a chance to be an integral part of a team that keeps everything running smoothly.
