As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for Coordinating all Data Centre field service works in the area performed by Eaton Data Center UPS Technicians and other Field Service Engineers in Gavle. You are the central point for the daily planning of our local 20+ Technicians and Engineers, you actively work together with our local operations, projects and customers to deliver high-quality services. Further responsibilities:
Daily planning and coordination of Eaton Field Service Engineers
Salesforce work order creation End-to-End process, from creation to invoicing
Daily follow up with FSE´s/involved parts to secure correct SF WO handling and closure/invoicing
Daily/monthly/yearly planning of service tasks
General service operations administrative tasks
Warehouse management, order spare parts/material, secure correct handling of spare parts in/out
Work and strive for that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for Profit Plan and sales growth
Actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere
Actively support Eaton´s Environment, Health & Safety culture
Qualifications:Completed secondary education, university degree is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience of similar coordination role in engineering or technical field service area.
Good IT skills in MS Office and SAP, experience in Salesforce is an advantage.
Understanding invoicing and contract management.
Strong communication skills in English and Swedish languages.
Customer Focus, flexible and proactive attitude.
Be able to work together with different cultures and follow instructions.
