Service Coordinator

Overview:

We are searching for a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic (and fun) team where they will provide exceptional service to our local and national customers. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about making connections and cultivating lasting customer relationships. Their primary role will be to provide support to the Senior Service Specialist to ensure orders are filled with qualified skilled trades candidates.

Location: Tempe, AZ

Responsibilities:

Provide backup support for Senior Service Specialists (fill orders, manage billing)  Complete Payroll related tasks to ensure or workers get paid in an accurate and timely manner  Process Credit / Invoice Adjustment requests to payroll team Complete Compliance requests  Answer General Queue phone calls and transfer appropriately  Provide stellar customer service to our local and national customers Interact with customers daily via phone  Advocate for our customers and exceed their service expectations Make an impact in the  communities that we serve Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1 Year of customer service-related experience Customer relationship skills including engaging in high-volume communication through telephone, email, and SMS chat programs Ability to work effectively across multiple systems Clear communication skills Expert listening skills  Willingness to adapt to change Availability to work evenings and weekends

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour.

Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.

Physical and Work Requirements:

Branch work environment with frequent customer interaction, constantly operating a computer, phone, and other office equipment. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
