As a small company your responsibilities can shift given the needs of the company, however primary responsibilities are assisting with the following: Assist in supply ordering Handling small package shipments Data entry – multiple applications Handle mail, Fed-x, UPS calls, pickups, drop offs Filing and help to maintain an organized and clean office space

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school education is a minimum requirement High degree of proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook Attention to detail – Accuracy of data entry, processing shipments and following filing procedures Knowledge of shipment software (i.e., FedEx/UPS) a plus Communication skills experience within structured organizations is helpful A strong work ethic is an absolute must as our company often spikes with workloads during new product launches and peak seasons

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
