Key Responsibilities:
Creating and Sending Customer Invoices and Quotes:Ensure accurate grammar, spelling, and communication.Edit and publish technicians' notes in a professional manner for customer readability.Updating Service Technician Certifications and Badges:Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates.Entering Customer Purchase Orders (POs) and Corresponding Bills:Demonstrate high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.Soft Customer Collections:Resend customer invoices via mail and email.Make friendly reminder phone calls once a month.Project Assistance:Complete projects in a timely manner without reminders.Manage calendar and tasks efficiently.Answering Phones and Entering Service Requests:Provide backup phone support and handle interruptions effectively.Maintain a positive attitude towards interruptions as part of the job.Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $25.96/hr.
