Service Coordinator
Insight Global is looking for a service coordinator who will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and managing service requests from clients and staff, ensuring all assigned service tickets are updated accurately and in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for closely managing the Service Contract business from proposal generation, opportunity tracking, order management, and back through the next renewal phase, providing AV Contract sales and contract support to our customers and employees to ensure that our client's policies and procedures are followed, and gross profit is increased.

The compensation for this role ranges from $20/hr to $24/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role.
