Job Title:

Service Coordinator & Dispatcher

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain schedule for field reps that reflect current and future assignments and strategize schedule changes to accommodate new service requests. Keep up-to-date phone, on-call, and time off lists, and inform everyone of updates or changes. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and email service requests. Schedule and dispatch field reps to satisfy the needs of a service call based on the skills required and the nature, location, and urgency of the call. Manage execution and profitability of Service Agreements, ensuring efficient project completion while monitoring operating expenses for cost effectiveness, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance. Master R&R Mechanical's service products and maintain knowledge of each maintenance contract's scope. Audit service reports to verify billable work and coding accuracy. Enter Timecards - Ensure accuracy of coding from service operations weekly work orders.  Establish vendor relations and receipt of pick tickets and invoices for materials purchased while executing contracts, ensuring accuracy of invoices received against contract work performed. Keep customer communication professional and consistent about their contract details and any changes to scheduling. Effectively communicate service problems, customer complaints and labor relations problems with the Field Supervisor or Service Manager. Assist in maintaining paper filing and electronic filing systems for purchase orders, records, vendor invoices and reports to ensure availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and audits.  Help track packages and manage deliveries to ensure materials for contracts are appropriately allocated. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Technical School certification, training or equivalent combination of education and training. Dispatching and project coordination experience required, preferably in the HVAC and Plumbing Industry. Software: Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Perfectware/Build-Ops and/or related software systems

Compensation Range:   $55,000 - $65,000

Other Compensation:  position is eligible for bonuses
