Service Coordinator Lead (Full Time) - Brampton, ON

Major responsibilities:

Coordinate scheduling of equipment installations, removals, service calls and preventive maintenance at customer sitesHandle customer and sales organization inquiries and deal with emergency situations after hoursManage / purchase parts, supplies and equipment required for installationsResponsible inventory management and physical countsPrepare / design installation projectsCoordinate Preventative Maintenance on assets Develop specific procedures, following established practicesSupervise technicians and manage work schedulesRegistering and scheduling first inspections of pressure vessels with TSSAProvide required training to personnelTroubleshoot service related issues with external and internal customers

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsExperience supervising employees in a coordinator or supervisory roleBudget management experienceGood knowledge of computer applications, Excel, Word, JD EdwardsTechnical knowledge and understanding of gases, maintenance planning, TSSA requirements, etc.Relative Industry experiences an assetValid driver license in good standing required

B.A.Sc. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent experienceExcellent command of English language (written and verbal)Able to make periodic travel when requiredSelf-motivated team player who works well with others and has a strong customer and safety focusExperience in distribution and customer service, with the ability to coordinate / schedule, after hours weekend emergency situations and “on call”Be available for on-call as needed
