Service Coordinator Representative
Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator Representative in Anaheim, CA. Summary: As a Coordinator you will be responsible for generating service orders, purchase orders, outsourcing of subcontractors, scheduling technicians, and negotiating labor and material prices with subcontractors. Key Tasks: * Service Coordinator Representative will manage projects from start to finish * Assign work orders and enter projects into database * Locate technicians geographically to perform service * Track and report field technicians project completion * Report technician issues/findings * Proposal estimation with cost breakdown of material, labor, etc. * Proposal follow-up with customer, acknowledge approval and update timing proposed * Shipping - notify of product completion and communicate expectations * Revise existing purchase orders and/or general new purchase order * Communicate expectations (notify product of expected delivery date) * As a Service Coordinator Representative, you will update customer on project completion * Provide the before and after photos via E-mail or customer website respectively * Invoicing - Subcontractor and preparation of customer invoice package * Mail invoice packages to customers respectively * Maintain each project with detailed backup documents electronically in the designed client file
