What Our Service Coordinator Team Leads Do

Answer all calls in bound to the Service Department, schedule appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the caller’s needs. Coordinate customer’s vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable. Monitor scheduled reservations, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule. Authorize and implement appointment overrides within established guidelines, serving customer satisfaction. Review and objectively score customer calls for each Service Coordinator. Professionally and effectively manage escalated customer call issues. Perform supervisory duties and tasks in the absence, and at the direction of the SCCC Manager. Take responsibility for retrieving and managing after-hours voicemail messages on a rotating daily basis.

Your Pre-Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership abilities and/or prior supervisory experience. Strong communications skills, excellent articulation, and clear speaking voice. Proficient in basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Internet usage. Previous customer service experience. Developed skills dealing with difficult customer issues. Stable work history; excellent attendance record.
