We are looking for a
SERVICE COORDINATOR TRAINEE
to join our Customer Care Center team in Finland. If you are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the medical technology field, this role is just for you! This trainee role offers a great opportunity to learn about service coordination in a supportive and knowledgable team. You will gain insights into the medical technology industry while developing essential professional skills.
We are looking for a trainee who can commit to a full-time, 5-month traineeship from May to August/September. After that, there is an opportunity to continue with us on a part-time basis (minimum 20h/week) alongside studies.
As a Service Coordinator Trainee, you will support our team in:Planning and dispatching various field service support activitiesScheduling and coordinating planned servicesSupporting the assigned field service team by making sure the needed spare parts are delivered to the correct sites on timeHelping process service training requestsCommunicating with customers and keeping them updated on service-related matters
The Customer Care Center interacts with all departments and functions, offering you the chance to expand your knowledge with different teams and their activities at Siemens Healthineers.
Working hours are between 7:00 - 19:00 on weekdays. There is a possibility to work remotely from home.
What we are looking for:You are currently studying in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldYou have an interest in Medical Technology field and already know something about imaging and laboratory equipmentYou have native proficiency in Finnish and professional working proficiency in EnglishYou take initiative and are eager to learn new tools (SAP knowledge is a plus, but not required, don't worry!)
