Service Customer Relationship Coordinator (Disabled Talent)
Job Purpose and Summary

For this position, which has been designated for our disabled workforce, it is required by law that candidates eligible for consideration must possess a disability report documenting at least a 40% disability, as well as registration with İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency).Role is responsible for administering, monitoring, and supporting the delivery of defined tasks linked to predefined processes and Turnaround Times (TATs) within the Service and Support Department.

Ensuring that requests from existing customer communication channels (phone, email, related software, etc.) are met and resolved according to the determined processes.Ensuring that the records of complaints and feedback from customers are entered into the predefined platform and resolved according to Turnaround Times (TAT).Managing the consumables order process and fulfilling the relevant orders in line with the predefined criteria and targets.Creating and processing the relevant consumable offers in line with requests from customers.Creating and classifying consumables return invoices when required.Operating the process to ensure that returned consumables are entered into the determined stock with the status information.Ensuring the control of non-existent stocks by making necessary communications with planning and logistics and operating the process for the supply of missing materials.Collecting consumables requests for specific product models.Ensuring the follow-up of the proactive customer list.Creating periodic business reports and sharing them with the service and support management team.Creating daily, weekly, and monthly consolidated complaint reports and sharing them with the related parties.Realizing and regularly following up on the assigned targets.Creating process maps for the processes carried out within the unit.
