What you’ll be doing
Talent Development ensures CIBC team members have the capability to deliver a great client experience and provide strategic advice and support to our various lines of business, enabling our team to create a fulfilling career. As a Senior Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of activities required to support the delivery of learning programs for Talent Development. You will be accountable for tracking, registration, providing reports and scheduling and other administrative activities to support the regional delivery team and exercise independent judgment in resolution of administrative problems.

Administrative support – Act as centralized contact for Training &Development program delivery support for learners, internal partners and client groups. Schedule participants into workshops and training sessions, distribute pre- work and assist with grading assessments. and maintain an up-to-date list of training programs, locations, facilitators, and participants.
Communicate & coordinate – Coordinate all aspects of production, distribution and delivery of program materials and assist with distribution, collection, tabulation and summarizing of evaluation forms for participants. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external facilitators, vendors, distributors and participants in arranging workshops, including booking sites and equipment. Manage the centralized mailbox and respond, process or forward requests in a timely manner.
Organization & records management - Maintain data base containing records of participants, production, shipping, inventory and evaluated results (database +/or Learning Management System). Ensure security/confidentiality of files, contracts, records and planning activities. Send and track participant communications, responding to participant questions regarding a particular learning program.
