Service Delivery Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES: + Planning and coordination of projects. + Assistance with the annual Contracting and Statement of Works (SOW) Process. + Ensure all Operational data is updated so the information on the relevant dashboards is correct. + Ensure all assignment instructions/ risk assessments and site documentation is current and in date and fully understood by deployed employees. + Work to agreed practices relating to Health and Safety and quality Management. + Ensure relevant company Key Performance Indicator targets are met on an on-going basis. + Complete and maintain an Asset Register for all equipment on the sites to ensure replacements can be ordered when required. + Participation and ownership of external audits. + Any other duties as directed by the Design & Systems lead. + Ensure that the relevant activities and services are planned and delivered to the specified standards to meet standards. + To closely liaise with the Design & Systems lead regarding operational matters cascading to team members where required. + All incidents are reported in compliance with client and company policy and procedures. + Working closely with other Global Security Services teams. + Planning and coordination of projects. + Ensuring implementation of policies and practices. + Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant information. + Communicate with team members to ensure maximum efficiency. + Schedule and organize meetings and maintain agenda. + Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations. + Prepare and update paperwork. + Support development. + Create presentations, summaries and helping materials to ensure excellent communication within the business. + Ensure all important customer information is filed in the agreed filing system. + To understand the operational needs and SLA requirements for his/her region. MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS: + 4 years of experience in the technology/security industry. + Able to manage contractors and third parties. + Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period. + No current criminal convictions. + The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. + The ability to embody and uphold the LinkedIn Global Security core values, mission and vision. + Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. + Be punctual and reliable. + Be willing and able to work shifts/hours covering days, nights and weekends. + Competent in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and E-Mail (Outlook), Smartsheet. + Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to negotiate and deal with sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion. + Adaptable and responsive in the face of changes in priorities, plans and schedules. SKILL REQUIREMENTS (education): + Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) - Engineer, Architecture, Project Management, or security related field or Demonstrated expertise in the field of at least 5 years in the corporate environment. + Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM), Electronic Safety and Security (ESS) Designer and/or Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) preferred. COMPETENCIES (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing): + Minimum of five years of security consulting experience + Minimum of three years of security project management experience + Self-motivated, able to work independently and has demonstrated a willingness to work with a diverse public. + Detailed Knowledge of CCTV/ ACS (Lenel/Milestone preferred) - Hardware, software, network and global standards. + Skillful in 2d auto-cad designs. + Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and utilize sound judgment. + Working knowledge of card access, security and safety systems. + Strong knowledge of PC's and Microsoft program s (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , SharePoint, OneNote, Projects). + Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to assist in facilitating progressive change. + Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. + Strong customer, quality and results orientated. + Strong diplomacy skills and sensitivity to protocol + Must be familiar with Windows CMD terminal, POE switches, servers and managing basic administration functions for CCTV/Access Control Systems. + Operational excellence. + Understanding of the need for a High level of Client Service. + Excellent personal presentation. + Team Player. + Analytical and problem-solving skills.
