As a Service Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Protect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
Conduct all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries .
Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success.
Be familiar with the assigned client’s escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives
Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery
Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
Complete Audits and update paperwork for ATF and RA Certification and compliance
Perform Shop Duties as needed
Ensuring equipment is certified and inventoried

To be successful in this role you will have:
High school diploma or GED equivalent5 years of prior experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention product lines (Liner Hangers, Fishing, Casing Exits, Thru Tubing, Packers)Solid experience building relationships and collaborating to resolve problemsEffective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teamsThe ability to manage multiple project and deadlinesWork in a way that works for you
