The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Lead Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and leading the Conventional Fishing and Thru-Tubing Fishing Product LinesInventory and Revenue Forecasting for the Conventional Fishing and Thru Tubing Fishing businessesLeading all major customer projects for this product lineDriving HS&E and Quality PerformanceProactive communication with customers, sales team, AMO, and leadershipSAP materials transactions. Helping customers identify appropriate solutions to their needsFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
High school diploma or equivalent3+ years in oil and gas coordination or similar role3+ years conventional fishing experienceEnglish language proficientProficient with Salesforce or similar toolWork in a way that works for you
