A Service Delivery Coordinator - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals (OIC) will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. 

As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals (OIC), you will be responsible for: 

Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. 

Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. 

Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in the management of job cycle across organizational boundaries. 

Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. 

Meeting with clients for job preparation, execution and close out. 

Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash 

Understanding of P&L of the project securing the revenue, upselling and the cost Out. 

Demonstrating the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion 

Attending field trials when required. 

Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. 

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will: 

Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline. 

Have 5+ years of experience in oil & Gas production chemicals  

Have a -proven ability to deal with senior customer management. 

Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment. 

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
