This role is key in the planning of our daily operations. As an In-House Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be sitting at the customer’s office, engage with them daily and be leading the planning of wireline operations for 11 rigs across the North Sea, supported by the Wireline team.

As a In-House Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintainedConducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillarsPlanning, coordinating and monitoring job activities for our business in Norway to ensure successful completionManaging client relationship by being the primary point of contact for job preparation and planningWork closely with the wider wireline team – technical manager, operations manager, sales managerEnsuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of client’s objectives

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelors’ degree or High School Diploma with relevant experienceDemonstrate solid experience in Wireline Services Operations in Open Hole and Cased Hole, including field experienceDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence othersHave the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesBe successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problemsSpeak Norwegian (preferred)
