Job Title: Service Delivery Lead - Hybrid Serve as a Senior onsite liaison and as the first point of escalation. Establishes and builds positive connections with collaborators on the client side. Accountable for Overall Delivery Management (Onsite and Offshore) of the account. Accountable to ensure service delivery is meeting contractual obligations Regularly connect with Customer Sr. levels for delivery issues and identifying new opportunities. Conduct working council reviews with client Sr. stakeholders (CIO and VP Level), prepare exec status reports Working with the Delivery Director, partner to improve delivery governance and operations metrics. Introduce Cognizant and Industry standard methodologies to the customer environment and drive those into Day-to-Day Delivery, as per Customer Signoff. Assist Account Managers / Client Partners / Markets in related business development activities to grow focus and market share in the account. Direct Reporting to Delivery Director of Offshore engagement Delivery and Operations perspective. Review solutions and estimate for new opportunities as necessary and as per demand. Work with Delivery Director to meet Engagement and SBU financial targets. Help improve Governance with Customer team members Requirements 12+ Years of experience with at least 5 years in Delivery Management Good understanding of Infrastructure technologies and ability engage in discussions with client Sr level stake holders Good understanding of NexGen Technologies Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong people management skills Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this role is between $88,200 to $139,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This job is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
