Lead the Business Finance service delivery team to ensure timely and accurate financial support to global business units

Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery processes and enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in financial operations

Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including performance management, coaching, and talent development

Oversee the end-to-end financial service delivery, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking & treasury and analysis

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies and procedures

Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders and senior management, addressing their financial service needs and requirements

Drive efficiency and automation projects

Stakeholder management and ensuring succession planning for the resources

Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools to support evolving business needs

Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements, driving the team to meet or exceed defined targets

Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of business finance initiatives to support organizational growth and profitability

Chartered Accountant

15 to 20 years

A degree in Finance or Accounting. (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly desirable and Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus

15-25 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and treasury
