As our Service Delivery Manager Infra/ WHS, you will be responsible for the services provided by the various external and internal service providers, in this case, in the Wholesale/ Infrastructure domain. You will ensure agreements are in place that reflect the needs of the business and regularly follow up on the services provided, including reporting on them to Senior (IT) Management.

How you’ll help us.                

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Manager IT/WHS, and as part of the role, you’ll:  

Maintain good relationships with service providers in infrastructure, networking, Service desk counter, Security, and WHS applications.  Monitor the performance of the service providers in scope through Service Level Review Meetings and follow up on required improvement actions.  Coordinate the efforts of the vendors involved in case of possible incidents and ensure the business organisation and IT Management are informed with regards to the status of the incidents.  Periodically review the contracts with the Contract Manager and the service providers to ensure the formal agreement meets the requirements.  Proactively suggest and implement improvements in the service delivery process, if needed, in cooperation with the other Service Delivery Managers within IT EMEA or the IT Process Specialist.  Cooperate with the IT Process Specialist to ensure the suppliers adhere to the processes, policies and procedures as designed.   Work with the IT Project Managers to ensure that IT projects' possible service delivery impact is identified and addressed properly, i.e., facilitating the handover and the changes required regarding after-go-life support. 

   

More about you.    

A broad IT background, specifically regarding IT infrastructure and networking.   A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.  Qualification in a relevant field (computer science or related technical field).  Proven knowledge in Service Delivery Management and Supplier Management.  IT Infrastructure Library certification is strongly preferred.
