SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified **Service Delivery Manager** to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.
**Essential Job Duties**
+ Responsible for ensuring the timely process through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps.
+ Requires experience and understanding of MIS environment.
+ Ability to resolve complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support or supervisor.
+ Ability to utilize problem management database and help desk system.
+ Provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Active DoD Secret clearance
+ BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline.
+ Twelve (12) or more years in the field or related area; at least three (3) years of experience working in South Korea.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's degree with eight (8) years of experience.
**Work Environment**
+ Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
+ Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
+ May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
