Delivery of Links as per the defined Airtel’s project Management/Service Delivery process, within the scope & time line agreed with the customer. Customer network devices Configuration and Management. Rectify the hardware/software faults detected. Support the entire hardware/software. Upkeep the software periodically including implementation of patches, if required and to analyze the health of various components of system. Responsible for executing, implementing & delivering the assigned project solution as per the SOW & RFS timelines agreed with the customer. Also responsible for collecting and submitting LOC for Billing, Generation of Project closure document & handing over the project to Support team. The job to understand the telecom/ IT technology applications, practical application of networking concepts, transmission level technologies in projects execution and delivery.
